South United Football Club is a dedicated community football club committed to fostering local talent, promoting healthy lifestyles, and creating a positive and inclusive environment for players of all ages, genders and ability.

At South United Football Club Tamworth every child has the right to be safe and feel safe. We commit to the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care. 

Our Vision

We aim to be the leading club in the Northern Inland region, that provides opportunities for players of all ages, genders and backgrounds the ability to feel a sense of community and enjoyment, by creating the best possible family friendly environment for our members.

Life Membership Criteria for Nomination

The nominee should have demonstrated an exceptional contribution, beyond the ordinary for an extended period of time, which has a measurable benefit to the club and membership.

a) Minimum of 10 years club membership.

b) Minimum of 7 years in specific roles that contribute to the benefit of the club. These roles may include, but not be restricted to – service on committees, fund raising activities, player, manager, coach or any activities that promote and benefit South United Football club and/or the sport of football.

c) Demonstrates a desire to see the growth and development of South United Football Club.

d) Demonstrated attitude and demeanour that reflects dedication to the values of the South United Football club including good sportsmanship.

e) Loyalty to South United Football Club.
